Laboratory for flavor and metabolites

The Laboratory for flavor and metabolites conducts research and analyses in the field of food quality and plant health. In this process, naturally occurring substances of agricultural products (apple, pears, grapes, vines, cheese, milk) and parts of plants (leaves, radix) are identified and characterized by modern analytical methods. The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and instruments and features the latest technical standards. Supplementary research activity outside the ordinary program is supported with third-party funds (ERDF, INTERREG IV ITALY AUSTRIA).
