ORIGINALP

OriginAlp was an Interreg IV project which aimed at being able to measure or confirm the quality and origins of various foodstuffs directly from the product. In a cross-border collaboration, partners from Tyrol and South Tyrol are working on a scientific basis using various methods to try to achieve this aim.
