Event Management
The Event Management working group plans, organizes, and supports the following events at Laimburg Research Centre:
- Scientific events: Promote encounters and exchanges between researchers and stakeholders in South Tyrolean agriculture and food processing.
- Public events and trade fairs
- Institutional and representative events
- Events in the Rock Cellar
- Workshops and seminars: This includes the 'Series of Lectures' seminar series, aimed at strengthening the network among researchers from various scientific institutions and research centers in Italy and abroad.
- Internal events: Facilitate exchanges among employees of Laimburg Research Centre to enhance scientific dialogue and knowledge dissemination.
South Tyrolean companies and organizations can organize events in the Main Hall and the Rock Cellar of Laimburg Research Centre to showcase their products and thereby support the South Tyrolean economy. Priority is given to companies operating in the agriculture and food sectors.
Events in the Main Hall and the Rock Cellar are limited to a maximum of 95 participants. Such receptions always include the presence of a representative from Laimburg Research Centre, who will guide the tour of the Rock Cellar and conduct the wine tasting. Private events, such as weddings, birthday parties, etc., are not permitted in the Rock Cellar. On Sundays and public holidays, the Rock Cellar remains closed. Institutional receptions hosted by the provincial administration, the provincial council, or Laimburg Research Centre always take precedence over receptions organized by external companies and organizations.
