Laimburg Research Centre provides guided tours to groups of at least ten and up to a maximum of fifty. There are two types of tour: overall guided tours for the general public and research area guided tours for specialists.

General Information

The minimum number of participants for a guided tour is ten, while the maximum number should not exceed fifty. Research area guided tours, however, are open to smaller numbers.
Guided tours for all research areas are charged a single fee of € 95 per group.

Visits are organised from Monday-Friday at the following times: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. We recommend arriving punctually for tours in order to guarantee this service. Tours cannot be guaranteed in the event of arrivals thirty minutes after the agreed time.

The assembly point for the tour is the wine sales outlet, opposite the entrance to the Rock Cellar (How to Find Us).

Important: guided tours cannot be guaranteed for the following harvesting periods

• Fruit growing: late March to early May/6 - 26 August/ 1 September to 15 November
• Viticulture and Enology: 15 August - 15 October
• Warehouse: 1 June - 31 July
