Post-Award

The Project Management working group accompanies projects with third-party funding, after approval, from acceptance of the project through to its successful completion. Whether privately commissioned research or research projects financed with public funding, the team is able to guarantee a structured process, monitoring budgets and deadlines, coordinating activities and acting as a central point of reference for project managers and partners.
