Recruiting procedure
Fixed-term contract
- All situations vacant are published in the 'Jobs' section of our website, on the different work portals and on the internship board eJobBörse of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen. We also occasionally publish job opportunities on our LinkedIn profile.
- Applications should be sent using the relevant online forms attached to every job offer post.
- On expiry of the application deadline, the examination panel will decide, based on the documentation submitted, which candidates will be invited to interview (in-person or online).
- Interviewees will be assessed and according to their profile, a written test may be required during the interview.
- The rankings of successful candidates and candidates deemed suitable, will be published in anonymous format (with ID code) on our website.
- Successful candidates will receive their offer via email. Within a year, if necessary and in the event of other vacancies, candidates considered suitable may be offered other positions or other research areas.

Permanent contract
- The position is opened/made public.
- Applications must be sent together with a resume, using the specific form.
- Once received, applications will be examined by our human resources team. If a candidate meets the requirements for the position, they will be admitted to the recruiting process.
- The selection committee will set the date for written and oral examinations and the way in which these will be held.
- A list of the candidates admitted to the procedure and the examination dates will be published in the section of the website set aside for this purpose.
- Examinations will be assessed and the candidate with the highest score will win the recruiting process.
- Results of the recruiting process and the ranking will be published both on our website and in the Official Gazette of the Region.
