Recruiting procedure

Fixed-term contract

  1. All situations vacant are published in the 'Jobs' section of our website, on the different work portals and on the internship board eJobBörse of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen. We also occasionally publish job opportunities on our LinkedIn profile.
  2. Applications should be sent using the relevant online forms attached to every job offer post.
  3. On expiry of the application deadline, the examination panel will decide, based on the documentation submitted, which candidates will be invited to interview (in-person or online).
  4. Interviewees will be assessed and according to their profile, a written test may be required during the interview.
  5. The rankings of successful candidates and candidates deemed suitable, will be published in anonymous format (with ID code) on our website.
  6. Successful candidates will receive their offer via email. Within a year, if necessary and in the event of other vacancies, candidates considered suitable may be offered other positions or other research areas.

Permanent contract

  1. The position is opened/made public.
  2. Applications must be sent together with a resume, using the specific form.
  3. Once received, applications will be examined by our human resources team. If a candidate meets the requirements for the position, they will be admitted to the recruiting process.
  4. The selection committee will set the date for written and oral examinations and the way in which these will be held.
  5. A list of the candidates admitted to the procedure and the examination dates will be published in the section of the website set aside for this purpose.
  6. Examinations will be assessed and the candidate with the highest score will win the recruiting process.
  7. Results of the recruiting process and the ranking will be published both on our website and in the Official Gazette of the Region.
