Pre-Award
Project Service: pre-award stage
The Project Service working group offers consultancy and support to research staff at Laimburg Research Centre during the preparation stages for project proposals, funding applications for research projects, and the preparation of collaboration agreements with private companies.
The team has good knowledge of the varied panorama of opportunities for local, national and European funding, and identifies the funding that best suits the needs of research staff.
From the research idea to the funded project
During the application stage, the “Project Service” working group helps research staff to interpret the requirements of calls for research proposals and to align project content with the strategies that guide funding programmes. It then prepares the necessary documents for the application and draws up detailed budgets, guaranteeing conformity with the guidelines of calls for proposals.
The “Project Service” takes care of submitting applications and, in case of approval, of preparing the funding agreement. Project management is then passed to the Project Management and Controlling working group, which accompanies the implementation stages.
Information and Networking
The working group also regularly organises information sessions about funding programmes for researchers at Laimburg Centre, and creates opportunities for networking with stakeholders and research partners.
