Browsing Data

During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures put in place for the running of this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects; however, by its very nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties, it could possibly enable the identification of users.

This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users that connect with the website, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) format, the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of this answer from the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters concerning the user’s operational system and IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical data on the use of the website and to control its correct operation; they are deleted immediately after processing. Data may be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical cybercrimes that cause damage to the website. Currently, web contact data are not retained for more than seven days.

Data Acquired Through Contact Forms

This information refers to data provided voluntarily by the user in the relevant sections, as described below.

Contact & Sale - https://www.laimburg.bz.it

The data provided through completion of this information request form will be subject to processing, electronically or in paper-based format, to provide an answer to your specific requests. The legal basis for processing consists of Articles 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (‘processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;’) and 6(1)(c) (‘processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;’).

Provision of data for the organisation of guided tours is an essential requirement for the organisation of same: failure to provide data or to view the policy statement will prevent the Centre from proceeding with organisational procedures.
Subjects who provide data will be able to enter further personal data for other subjects who will be taking part in the guided tour requested. With regard to these subjects, the Centre will process personal data, such as first and last names and if necessary, email address and telephone number.

The Centre may become aware of data concerning health conditions in the event that the user completing the request form should enter this information in order to prepare better for the tour. In this case, the subject communicating their own data must provide written consent to the processing of same.

The personal data provided by the user will be processed exclusively by persons authorised to do so by the Centre. It is possible that data concerning participation (first and last names, email, telephone number) will be communicated to subjects external to the Centre, whose activities will be strictly linked to the organisation of the guided tour.

In the event of providing or in some other way, processing the personal data of third parties while using the website, it is guaranteed from this point that this particular hypothesis is founded on a suitable legal basis, pursuant to Art. 6 of the Regulations legitimising the processing of the information in question.
