The Project Management working group coordinates, manages and runs projects funded by third parties.

Projects funded by third parties include research commissioned by private clients and those financed with public funding.

From Kick Off Meeting through to the successful conclusion

The Project Management team accompanies projects from the Kick-Off-Meeting through to their conclusion, in conformity with project application and funding guidelines.

It acts as a point of reference for research teams. Together with the project manager, it plans and monitors all project activities. Timely accounting and cost control guarantee transparent fund management.

The team answers questions on project progress from authorities and cooperation partners. It also manages First and Second Level Controls and European Commission checks.

Collaboration with Partners and Other Research Areas

The Project Management working group works closely with other research areas and with national and international partners. The aim is to achieve the expected results for the project and to use funds in accordance with the respective guidelines.
